There are many ways to build strength. Our goal at CFH is to develop functional, yet long lasting strength. Muscular endurance, power, and maximum strength share equal value in improving an athletes overall capacity. Variety is key, not only with movements, but intensity. How hard and heavy you go, consistency should be varied.

You don’t always have to max out. Build long lasting strength with smart programming and consistency.
