Matt believes that an active lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle. As a lifelong athlete Matt knows the benefit of moving everyday and eating well can have lasting effects on one’s life. Matt has experience coaching in several settings from sport-specific training, to CrossFit group classes, to individual personal training and is always eager to help others achieve their goals. As a coach he knows that prioritizing the health and culture of his clients and community is what creates success.
